It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Or you want to turn a hobby into something more. For me, I wanted to bring harmony to people’s lives through their homes. Creating a place of comfort and security. Our homes should be an integral part of our family architecture, which impacts our lives positively. I was raised just north of Chicago, IL. in the prominent suburb of Highland Park. Daughter of a single mother, who worked multiple jobs to keep her children in a good community, with great schools and a roof over their head.
Our home was always meticulously designed, every room more beautiful than the next. At the time I didn’t realize what an impact my mother’s eye for design and ability to create more with less would have on me, nor the way my home would make me feel a sense of pride and security as an adult.
